5 of the best viewpoints you can visit in Andalusia

Throughout Andalusia you can find places whose views will leave you speechless. Get to know five of the best viewpoints in southern Spain.

In this article, we take a quick route through some places in Andalusia from where you can contemplate fabulous views. And it is that we like the viewpointsand therefore, we present you five of the best that you will be able to visit in Andalusiafrom the western coast of Cádiz to the eastern coast of Almería, passing through a town in Córdoba and the cities of Granada or Málaga.

From this hillock about 300 meters high you can see the 15 kilometers that separate the Iberian Peninsula from North Africa, a natural vantage point from which to see the entire Strait of Gibraltar and cities like Ceuta or Tangier.

Part of the city of Malaga stretches out at the foot of the Mount Gibralfaro, where the Castle, the Alcazaba and other historical monuments are located. Cabo de Gata, in the province of Almería, is one of the most touristic places in Andalusia thanks to its incredible beaches hidden between cliffs. A place to perfectly contemplate the particular relief of the area is an old surveillance post of the Civil Guard between the towns of La Isleta del Moro and Rodalquilar and that today is a viewpoint, baptized as that of the amethyst.
