The popular messaging platform WhatsApp is making it easier to send messages to unknown numbers. Here are the details!

WhatsApp, one of the most popular messaging platforms in the world, continues to improve user experience. Today, it introduces a new feature. WhatsApp has released a new feature that allows users to find out who unknown numbers belong to without saving them to their phone contacts. Here are the details!

Sending a message to a registered number on WhatsApp will become easier

WhatsApp, a messaging platform with billions of users, has resolved an issue that has been quite troublesome for users. Moreover, it will now be possible for you to find out who an unknown number belongs to without having to save it in your contacts.

In the past, in order to send a message to an unknown number on WhatsApp, you had to save that person’s number in your contacts. This situation led to users’ contact lists getting filled with unknown numbers. However, with the new feature, this problem is eliminated.

With the new feature that eliminates the requirement of saving a number, you will be able to directly type the number in the search section of the application. This way, you can call or message the person you want to reach. Additionally, this new feature is not exclusive to the beta version of WhatsApp.

How to send a message on WhatsApp to a number that is not registered?

Sending a message to a number not saved in the contacts has become even easier with the new feature of WhatsApp. So, what do you need to do to send a message to an unsaved number? The steps you need to take to benefit from this feature are as follows:

  • Firstly, open the WhatsApp application.
  • Then select the “Start New Chat” option.
  • Enter the number you want to send a message to in the search bar that appears in front of you.
  • After these steps, the platform will perform the search excluding your contacts.
  • Finally, if the number you entered is using WhatsApp, a chat window will appear.

To utilize this feature of WhatsApp, all you need to do is download the latest version of WhatsApp from either the App Store or Google Play Store. As a result, you will be able to use the new feature easily.
